REP PROGRAM: MODULE 6 – ALL ABOUT PRACTICAL OF PEDAGOGICAL DOCUMENTATION

In the training series of the Reggio Emilia Approach® Excellence (REP) program, Module 6 was presented under the expert care of Ms. Marina Castagnetti, Reggio Children's Teacher and Educator to all REP members that are recognized by Global Embassy.
This training session was regarded as a deep conversation about the process of creating and using “Documentation" in educating children at preschools. Teachers from Little Em's Preschool and Em Maison Preschool System shared about the way children explore, their interaction, processes during many different situations and learning projects with their friends, and teachers, and some that they do by themselves all covered by “Documentation”.
With invaluable experience as a dedicated teacher, Ms. Marina gave the teachers many unprejudiced judgments along with the suggestion of methods to create “Documentation” to improve their essential skills as well as to record children's thoughts, their creative ideas, their interaction processes and their connections with the surrounding environment.
In addition, Ms. Marina remained committed to supporting all teachers and leaders of REP members in their continuing efforts and inspiration to research, exchange, and promote the core values of “Documentation” in educating all children on the journey of applying the Reggio Emilia Approach® to the teaching activities.
💡 Every training session is an opportunity for all teachers to broaden their minds, and their educational philosophy, to enhance their teaching skills. In the future, Global Embassy and the REP program will also continue to expand and accompany more ECE Institutions and preschool teachers to apply the original educational philosophy of the Reggio Emilia Approach® from Italy to the educational environment in Vietnam.
