The National College of Education was established with the mission of training teachers, and preschool administrators with college degrees andto conducting scientific research in pre-school education.
From the school year 2003 – 2004, stemming from the needs of the society and the potential of the College, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Training, the College has gradually transformed itself into a multi-disciplinary training school by opening more training majors. Currently, the Colleges has 17 training majors at both the college and vocational levels.
The College has established collaborations with many countries such as Singapore, Denmark, South Korea, the United States, The Netherlands, Laos, etc. and many international organizations such as VSO (UK), SIF (Singapore), Committee II Ha. Lan, Plan International, Nipon Foundation, etc. There are regular exchanges with all of the partners. The College also invites experts to give lectures in some majors such as Early Childhood Education, Special Education, etc.
In December 2020, Embassy Education signed MOU with the National College of Education for more co-host academic events and activities.
